Zambia safaris
Woodlands, large lakes, vast floodplains, breathtaking waterfalls and winding rivers create a stunning landscape that makes a safari in Zambia truly unforgettable. Largely considered one of the last true wilderness areas in Africa, there’s an abundance of wildlife and beautiful landscapes waiting to be witnessed.
When on safari in Zambia we explore established parks such as the South Luangwa and Zambezi. Home to one of Africa’s largest wetlands, permanent water sources pull in the animals, especially in May and provide a viewing theatre that’s thriving with wildlife. Our private safari guides will take you on a journey of discovery with experiences that will last a lifetime.
Where authenticity meets incredible experiences
We have handpicked camps and lodges to stay at when on safari in Zambia. During the day you’ll head out into the wild to reconnect with nature led by experienced private safari guides Graham Cooke and Steve Mortimer who have over 75 combined years of experience tracking and looking for animals. And at night we’ll gather round the campfire to reflect on our day in the bush and share stories of the wild.
On safari with us in Zambia you’ll have exclusive access to Graham and his knowledge from over 30 years in the bush, observing first-hand his passion for anything wild and natural. We visit privately-owned lodges located in the heart of the best areas for safaris.

Below you’ll discover more about the places we visit on Zambia Safaris:
South Luangwa
South Luangwa National Park is a must visit on a Zambia Safari. The unofficial home of walking safaris in Africa, it is known for an incredible abundance of wildlife. The concentration of animals around the Luangwa River is among the most intense in the whole of Africa. Hippos crowd riverbanks, birds have made woodland savannah’s their permanent home and elephants are a common sight. South Luangwa National Park is also a birdwatcher’s idea of heaven no matter what the season. 732 species, including 39 birds of prey and 47 migrant species can be found in the skies above this beautiful land.
Zambezi
You’ll find the Zambezi National Park on the border with Zimbabwe, it provides an intimate safari experience and is another popular destination for walking safaris. Here you can truly enjoy the calmness of the bush and view wildlife without large crowds, creating an incredible sense of adventure and synergy with nature. We often combine visits here with safaris in Botswana, particularly the Chobe National Park. May is a great month to visit Zambia as it marks the start of the cool dry season.

Victoria Falls
It’s very easy to visit the magnificent Victoria Falls from Zambia. We often combine visits to the Falls with a Tiger Fishing experience on the Zambezi River. There are a number of activities on the river that make a family-safari trip more memorable such as white-water rafting, abseiling the gorge or a river cruise.
Safari Accommodation
We offer various accommodation options for safari guests, and all options can be blended. No matter which route or routes you take, you’ll be sure to feel at home with African nature. We specialise in private group trips to provide a personal, private and undisturbed experience. From Bush Camps and 4 x 4 trips to private or shared luxury lodges.
